About this event
The vendor expo is an opportunity for vendors to visit with public procurement officials from counties, cities, higher education, special districts, etc. The expo will take place at the Houston Community College at 5601 W Loop South, Houston in the auditorium.
Exhibitor booths are assigned by SETAPP. Be sure to submit your application and payment early! The Expo is scheduled for October 8, 2025. Set up begins at 8:30am and breakdown by 3:00pm.The expo is 10:00am until noon followed by lunch with vendor presentations until 1:30pm. Agency bidding opportunity updates is 1:30pm–2:00pm and vendor give aways at 2:00pm. The deadline to reserve a booth is September 12, 2025. Payment must be received on or before this date. Wi-Fi is available at no extra charge. No electrical available at booths.
